Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with the platform, and how we handle it when someone does.

Effective 31 July 2026 · Enterprise AI Development, Production & Advancement Global FZCO

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what you may not do with NXAARA AI Cloud. It exists to protect other customers, the people affected by systems built on this platform, and the platform itself.

It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone using the service, including members you invite and applications you build on top of it.

2. Unlawful and harmful use

Do not use the service to break the law in any jurisdiction that applies to you or to us.

Do not use it to produce or distribute material that sexually exploits or endangers children. We report such activity to the relevant authorities without notice to the account holder.

Do not use it to develop, design or deploy weapons, or to provide meaningful assistance in the creation of chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons.

Do not use it to plan, incite or facilitate violence, terrorism, or serious harm to people.

Do not use it to harass, stalk, threaten, defame or intimidate people, or to produce non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone.

3. Deception and manipulation

Do not impersonate a person or organisation in a way intended to deceive, including generating content presented as coming from someone it did not come from.

Do not run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, including networks of fake accounts or automated political manipulation.

Do not build systems that conceal from a person that they are interacting with an AI where that concealment could reasonably cause them harm or loss.

Do not generate content designed to defraud, including phishing material, fraudulent documents or synthetic identity material.

4. Privacy and surveillance

Do not process personal data you have no lawful basis to process.

Do not use the service to build tools whose primary purpose is covert surveillance, biometric identification of people without their consent, or social scoring of individuals.

Do not attempt to re-identify individuals from anonymised or synthetic data.

5. High-risk applications

Do not use the service for automated decisions with significant legal or similarly significant effects on people — including credit, employment, housing, insurance, education admission or criminal justice outcomes — without meaningful human review of those decisions.

Do not deploy the service as a medical device, for autonomous clinical decision-making, or in safety-critical control systems, unless we have agreed that use in writing with appropriate controls in place.

6. Platform integrity and security

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, another tenant's data, or the underlying infrastructure.

Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, metering or billing.

Do not run denial-of-service testing or load testing against shared infrastructure without our prior written agreement.

Do not use the service to distribute malware, run botnets, mine cryptocurrency, or send unsolicited bulk messages.

Legitimate security research is welcome under the terms on our security page. Report findings to security@nxaara.com rather than testing against other customers.

7. Intellectual property

Do not upload or generate material that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.

Do not use the service to circumvent technical protection measures or to reproduce copyrighted works at scale.

Respect the licence terms of base models in the catalogue. Those terms are shown before you start a job and they govern what you may do with derivative weights.

8. Enforcement

Where we identify a breach we will normally contact you first, explain the problem and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

Where a breach presents immediate risk to people, to other customers or to the platform, we may suspend the workload or the account without prior notice and explain afterwards.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination under the Terms of Service. Unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We do not monitor customer content routinely. We act on reports, on abuse signals, and on legal obligations.

9. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using NXAARA in breach of this policy, tell us at abuse@nxaara.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate. We treat reports confidentially.
